## Who

Mike Lenval is a solo technical founder and senior full-stack developer
with 15+ years of experience. He builds, ships, and operates
production-grade systems independently — no team, no intermediaries.

Archetype: Technical Operator. High cognitive density, zero tolerance for
imprecision. Not a consultant. Not an evangelist. Not currently
fundraising.

## How he works

**Architecture first.** Decisions are documented before code is written.
ADR culture — every non-obvious choice carries a rationale and a list of
rejected alternatives.

**Invariants over deadlines.** What cannot break is defined before
development begins. Explicit contracts between subsystems. No ambiguity
in critical paths.

**Production from day one.** No "we'll harden it later." Auth, billing,
error boundaries, monitoring, and deployment are part of v1, not v2.

**Decision-making framework:** eliminates alternatives rather than
selecting intuitively. Before writing code — defines the contract. Before
making a decision — resolves ambiguity explicitly.

## Scope

Not a portfolio. An operating system for building — applied across
industries simultaneously, by one person, without dropping the bar.

Domains: AI, health, publishing, and distribution — each independent,
each production-ready.

## Technical stack

- **Frontend:** Next.js 16, React 19, TypeScript strict, Tailwind CSS 4
- **Backend & Data:** Supabase, PostgreSQL, pgvector, Voyage AI embeddings (voyage-4)
- **AI layer:** Provider-agnostic frontier LLMs via an OpenAI-compatible
  layer; agentic systems with tool-use, orchestration, and the Model
  Context Protocol (MCP); realtime voice (sub-100ms TTS); long-term
  memory via vector search
- **Auth & Billing:** Clerk, Stripe
- **Infrastructure:** Cloudflare Workers, edge deployment, self-hosted
  compute with isolated container networking (Docker macvlan) and
  bonded links
